Experience the satisfaction of assisting a young Cornellian explore career options by offering information and advice, job shadowing, networking opportunities, and more. Whatever time your schedule allows, we have a way you can participate.

Get Involved
If you're planning a visit to campus, give us a few days' notice and we'll assemble a small group of students with whom you can share your professional expertise. If you'd prefer to host a student at your place of work, consider one of our job-shadowing programs. At any time you can connect with students to offer information and advice through one of our career contact networks.

Did You Know

During winter and spring breaks, over 550 students shadow alumni in their workplaces.
