Helping Cornell Students

Students need to explore diverse career fields, geographic areas, and levels of experience to understand the connection between academics and life after Cornell.

Alumni who have gone through this experience can make a big difference in the life of a Cornell student by helping to show this connection. Whatever time your schedule allows, we have a way you can participate:

  • offer information and advice through one of our career mentor networks
  • host a student at your place of work or offer an informational interview through one of our job-shadowing programs
  • share your professional expertise with a small group of students when you visit campus (if you can give us a few days' notice)

Another way you can help Cornellians starting out is to encourage your employer to post jobs and internships with us.
