The Central New York Communications Consortium (CNYCC) is an off-campus recruiting program that provides the opportunity for students to interview for entry-level positions with large and small firms in the communications industry. The firms are located in various cities, including New York; Boston; Washington, DC; Atlanta; and Syracuse.

The Consortium comprises five schools with highly regarded communications curricula: Cornell University, Syracuse University, Ithaca College, LeMoyne College, and Colgate University.

The Consortium recruiting event is held annually in April at Syracuse University. It begins with an Information Fair—open to everyone, whether or not you received an interview—followed by two days of interviews.

Dates for the April 2009 CNYCC will be announced in September 2008.
