A comprehensive on-campus recruiting tutorial provides complete information on using the on-campus recruiting (OCR) component of CornellTRAK and is required for eligibility to participate in OCR.

*What is CornellTRAK?

CornellTRAK is a web-based program (powered by MonsterTRAK) used for posting jobs, student resumes and career interest profiles, and alumni mentor information specifically for Cornellians. Additional job-search resources are available at the site.

On-Campus Recruiting (InterviewTRAK) is a feature of CornellTRAK used to manage recruiting activity at Cornell, open only to current students. Students become eligible for on-campus recruiting when they have met certain requirements, including completing the online tutorial or attending an OCR Orientation. When you choose to use the On-Campus Recruiting service, you also agree to abide by CCS's On-Campus Recruiting Policy.
