On-Campus Recruiting

Submitting Interview Confirmation Forms

Once a visit to campus has been scheduled and confirmed, employers then work with the individual recruiting coordinator(s) at the recruiting office(s).

Employers confirm their intent to visit, and give further details of the visit to the office hosting interviews (e.g. length of interviews, divisions recruiting, position titles) by completing an online Interview Confirmation Form (ICF) for each recruiting location and for each division of the organization.


How to Complete ICFs Online

Using the information contained in the reservation summary email sent to you by the Employer Scheduling Coordinator, complete your ICF online.

After completing each online ICF, an email message and pdf copy of the online form will be sent to you and to the respective recruiting office on campus.
