Round One Application Submission Period
View externship descriptions online or review listings in the Extern Program Notebooks located in 103 Barnes Hall and in all career offices. Application instructions are also available in all career offices and online. NOTE: Step 1 of the application, including your academic and contact information and externship choices is now an online process.

DEADLINE?Round 1
Noon - 7:00 pm, 103 Barnes Hall conference room. (To be considered for placement, Steps 1, 2, and 3, must be completed and submitted in person by 7:00 pm.) If submitting materials prior to October 12, turn in materials in 203 Barnes Hall.

October 25, 2007
Round 1 Placement Decisions will be emailed to all extern applicants.

October 26?November  2
Second-Round Application Submission Period

November 2, 2007 (Friday)
DEADLINE?Round 2
Noon - 7:00 pm, 103 Barnes Hall conference room.

November 8, 2007
Round 2 placement decisions will be sent by email to all extern applicants.

November 9, 2007 (Friday)
Open Sign-up Period, 203 Barnes Hall (tentative date, to fill any remaining externships).

November 12, 2007 (Monday)
Travel Grant Application Deadline - 203 Barnes Hall only.

Extern Orientation Meetings (attending one is MANDATORY) If you have class conflicts, contact externprograms@cornell.edu for further instructions.
