Career Services Updates


Career advisors are available for virtual appointments with undergraduate and graduate students on an ongoing basis. You can make a phone or Zoom/Skype appointment using Bookings. If you are having difficulty, call us at +1 (607) 255-5296 during our regular business hours of M-F, 8:00 am-4:30 pm (EST) to schedule. Advisors in the college career offices are also working remotely. Students should check their websites about scheduling appointments with them.

Common topics for appointments include:

  • Career exploration
  • Resume, cover letter, personal statement reviews
  • Internship, job, and fellowship searches
  • Managing changes to your summer or post-graduation plans
  • Networking
  • Interview preparation
  • Developing graduate school plans and application reviews

Cornell Career Services will continue to partner with Student Disability Services and LGBT Resource Center to offer virtual drop-in sessions via Zoom this summer. See social media for more information.
